How can a video appointment help me?
Whilst a video appointment is missing the 'hands on' aspect there are still tremendous benefits to be gained as we are able to:-
- Take a full case history and carry out a visual examination
- Explain your problem as we understand it
- Give you practical step-by-step advice to equip you on how to get out of pain and recover more quickly.
- Teach you some stretches which will be specific to your problem. You will do them yourself during the call (we recommend you ask someone to record you but don't worry if there's no one to ask, we will email the exercises to you instead)
- Give you advice on what to do or avoid doing to help you make a speedy recovery including but not limited to advice on posture, ergonomics, hot or cold therapy, sleeping position etc
- Answer any other questions you might have.
We usually follow up with a quick call within 2 days to check all is going to plan but follow up video appointments are also available (approximately 15 minutes)

The clinic is located opposite the main entrance of Ripon cathedral. There is no parking directly outside the clinic but there is free off-street parking behind the Cathedral on High Saint Agnesgate and Low Saint Agnesgate. There is also a pay and display car park on Victoria Grove behind Sainsburys supermarket which is just a 2 minute walk through a snicket leading towards the Cathedral.
